How it Works For Contractors

Step #1

A customer in your area shops for a home cleaning or handyman service on our website. They could select a one-time service or a recurring service.

Step #2

The customer selects all of the options that they would like for the service they select. Online they will also be given an estimate of the total cost of the service.

Step #3

The customer will pick a date and time that they would like the services scheduled, and they will provide a credit card to officially book the service.

Step #4

You will receive a message to review the estimate and booking day and time, and then you will be asked to confirm if you can perform that service. If you cannot, then it will be assigned to another contractor. If you confirm, then the job is yours. If you need to re-schedule the service, it will be your responsibility to re-schedule with the customer.

Step #5

While we're on the job, you may add or remove any service that day. Before work changes are made, you can adjust the estimate online, and you can send a copy of the revised estimate to the customer and HQ.

Step #6

After completion of the work, we will handle getting payment from the customer for the remaining balance of what is due within 3 days. We will take a small percentage of the total job, and then we will send you the payment for the job within 5 days.

Do I need to have my own business?

We do not require that you have an LLC or other business entity.  You can be a sole proprietor.  But you must carry the appropriate level of insurance that is required by the state and is common to other contractors or sub-contractors in your trade or field.

We don’t succeed unless you succeed.  Therefore, we want you to get paid more than any other booking service.  Each service has a booking fee, which we retain.  Each service has a credit card fee, which is paid to the credit card processor.  Then we take only 9.85% off the top of the job.  You will get paid 90.15% of the total of the job.

All payments are made through our website, so you never have to go chasing after invoices.  After payment is completed from the customer, we will send you your payment of the job.  You will have options to have the payment sent to you through either ACH Direct Deposit, Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
