Let us help you get back up to speed, whether it's an office space, a home, or a single apartment.
Method #2
Never get behind on maintenance again! We can perform on one or all of your buildings a Life Cycle Assessment and customize a long-term Maintenance Plan for you. This tool is helpful with its ability to project the budget for maintenance for years to come. The Life Cycle Assessment will equip you also with the tools to budget for replacements, and a plan on when elements need to be replaced for the next 10 years.
Method #3
Outsource your maintenance. Hire us for a one-time maintenance project or for a recurring service. We would be happy to establish a long-term relationship with you and your business.
How to sign up?
For Property Managers, it's FREE to sign up for a Commercial Membership. You will be able to book services without being charged a booking fee. When you begin your membership, you will be asked to provide a credit card number for your business in order for you to book services.
After each service is completed, you will be emailed an invoice for your review. Then if there are no adjustments needed, your business credit card will automatically be charged for the service after 3 days. This makes invoicing and payments easy for you!
